SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 10 was read the second time and was                                                                       
before the Senate on final passage.                                                                                             
                                                                                                                                
Senators Wielechowski, Meyer, McGuire, Egan, Menard, Stedman,                                                                   
Ellis, Bunde, Coghill, Thomas, Dyson, Kookesh, Davis, Huggins                                                                   
moved and asked unanimous consent to be shown as cosponsors on                                                                  
the resolution. Without objection, it was so ordered.                                                                           
                                                                                                                                
The question being: "Shall SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 10                                                                             
Supporting expansion of the use of domestic natural gas and                                                                     
alternative energies and urging agencies to use vehicles that run on                                                            
compressed natural gas, pass the Senate?" The roll was taken with the
